About the Role
Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field, acting as a key link between customers and engineering teams. Install, troubleshoot, and support robotic systems domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design engineers
- Deploy systems tailored to customer needs
- Monitor system performance and propose improvements
- Provide customer training
- Create documentation and reports
Requirements
Requirements
- Install and operate robotic systems on-site
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Technical knowledge in robotics or related fields
- Ability to read manuals and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Japanese N2+ and English TOEIC 750+
Nice to Have
- Robotic system field deployment experience
- International project experience
- 3D CAD, PLCs, measurement instruments
- Customer support experience
- Startup experience
