• Specification of systems and components
• Systematic design review
• Stress Analysis
• BOM Simplification
• Assembly Analysis
• Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering
• CAD proficiency (OnShape) and PLM (Arena)
• GD&T and tolerance stack analysis
• Machine elements dimensioning to standards
• Machine and sheet metal parts design
• Moving mechanisms design experience
• Industrial standards knowledge

Nice to Have

• Shop floor production experience
• Assembly integration and test (AIT) experience
• Change management experience
• Gear systems dimensioning
